All the buildings in the shown area are 2-3 story structures w/ multiple uses. The orange area is student housing, mainly apartment buildings and multi-resident housing. The green areas are more single family home oriented, although some of the buildings are duplex/triplexes inhabited by one family per unit. The pink areas are mixed use commercial/retail buildings with varying programs oriented to the location. These programs include but are not limited to grocery store, tanning, misc retail, thrift store, supply warehouse, bar, and dining.
