Merging Districts to Move Towards Shared Community Success
The idea is valid, and the general weight and colors work, but as a whole it isn't reading quite clearly enough yet. I would step back the dashed lines by about 80%, maybe reduce lineweight and switch to grey. Also, what about leaving some elements combined, especially those that relate to one another, like park space and landscaping, and parking lots and streets. Also, maybe the existing buildings layer could be switched to show the existing building on which you are proposing modifications. The rest could be read on the overall axo below.
