Your graphics are reading with much more strength and clarity. In fact, given that, I'm not sure you need to use a blue dot to call out the streetcar stop - we see it in the linework itself. As an amount to cover, what I appreciate is that these blocks contain the range of design decisions possible along the site: residential, commercial, streetcar, and a range of outdoor space types. Something to give some thought to is the design of the corners: what do we see approaching intersections? Are these public spaces? What would be the difference if a corner is built out to the sidewalk versus if it is grass that's fenced in versus grass or planters that are meant to be used? What is similar or different between the corners of McMillan and 7th (both west of High St)?
