These are a great start at a first pass of what your thoughts on development are. For tomorrow and the future I think would be important to also develop a condensed version of the guidelines - what are the top five/six/ten guidelines in one or two sentences each? Does 'good' development need to start with one guideline before it addresses another? This is a helpful document to have; we will discuss in depth post-review
