What do you mean by low-intensity housing: low-density? i.e. single-family? Two-family? Detached garages? Not apartment buildings? Not multi-family? Are these blocks exclusively housing? Some of the plots look like they are double wide and some corners appear to be commercial. Is that the case?
ReplyDeleteyes, it was supposed to be low-density. Its a mix of everything for the most part, there is some apartment type buildings near high street for students to reside in. On the busier streets the larger lots are commercial/retail spaces. I will do a better breakdown of the area this weekend when I can get out to the site during the day.
